Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strengh without excess bulk, creating a sleek toned body with slender things and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, stamina and can help decrease back, neck and joint pain.
Class Schedule:
Wednesday - 12:05-12:50, 5:15-6:05pm, 6:15-7:05pm
Friday- 8:30am -9:20am, 12:05-12:50pm
